Located in the heart of Romania’s capital, the iconic building spans about 12,600 square meters and first opened its doors in 1939. This acquisition marks a significant expansion of Julius Meinl Living’s portfolio, following the success of similar projects like The Julius Prague.
The Julius Bucharest will offer 158 state-of-the-art hotel rooms and luxury apartments, echoing the distinguished charm and modern luxury of its sister properties. Julius Meinl Living is committed to sustainability and plans to seek LEED Gold certification for the hotel, reflecting its dedication to environmental responsibility.
The acquisition was facilitated by a team of esteemed partners, including Special Properties (brokers), Kinstellar (legal advisory), TPA (financial advisory), and Optim Project Management (development management).
